i liked the perfect location near the metro and galata tower. it was easy to walk to taksim square and access many shops. reception staff, particularly safak, were helpful with taxis and luggage.

the room was smaller than i expected.

The location was acceptable. It was near the metro, so travel was convenient.

The fridge in my room did not work (a pretty important thing!). I told the staff about it, but they said it was normal for it to be warm. The only usable plug was behind the head of the bed. I had to move the bed to charge my phone.
