great location, simple and clean
perfect location easy walk helpful staff
i liked the perfect location near the metro and galata tower. it was easy to walk to taksim square and access many shops. reception staff, particularly safak, were helpful with taxis and luggage.
the room was smaller than i expected.

The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. They provided helpful information on local attractions and transportation. they assisted with luggage storage after checkout, very convenient.

Nearby, i found characteristic places where i had excellent breakfasts. Several local shops also offered easy options for buying water and other essentials, so i could conveniently purchase everything i needed.

The hotel provided a kettle plus a hairdryer, useful. The mini bar and fridge in the room were also convenient for keeping drinks cold. there was coffee, tea, and milk available.

broken fridge awkward plug
The location was acceptable. It was near the metro, so travel was convenient.
The fridge in my room did not work (a pretty important thing!). I told the staff about it, but they said it was normal for it to be warm. The only usable plug was behind the head of the bed. I had to move the bed to charge my phone.
